2. INTRODUCTION TO UNION
BUDGET:
The Union Budget of India, also referred to as the Annual
financial statement in the Article 112 of the Constitution of
India, is the annual budget of the Republic of India It is
presented each year on the last working day of February by
the Finance Minister of India in Parliament.
 The budget, which is presented by means of the Financial bill
and the Appropriation bill has to be passed by the Houses
before it can come into effect on April 1, the start of India's
financial year.

3. FACILITIES FOR SENIOR
CITIZENS:
Like in other public services, the Indian Railways also
extend certain facilities to senior citizens. These
facilities are extended to men who are a minimum of
60 years and women of minimum 58 years of age.
 They are granted concession in fares of all classes of
trains. The concession is 40% of the fare for men and
50% of the fare for women.

5. CONCLUSION:
According to the presentation we can know the what the
union budget of 2016 – 17 is which was recently took place on
29th feb 2016 , and which was announced by Arun Jaitley. And
what change has been taken in this new union budget.
