2. Presentation
We are a group of a 12 people.
This project is special because would can to
be in the real life about how and what we
have to do for sell our dwelling, from TV
spots, adverts, and media such as radio.
For this reason we have to work in team and
helping between us for learn a few more to
work togheter and if we wouldn’t work
togheter we wouldn’t can to finish our sale
successful.
3. How have we organized?
At first, we organized the groups with rules that the teachers gave
us. The group is compounded for five groups of 12 students.
• The groups are:
- Blog’s creators.
- Video’s record.
- Audio’s record.
- Adverts’ creators.
- Text’s writers.
When a group has finished their work, this group helps other
groups for they finish their work faster also.
4. Advantages and disadvantages of
working in groups
• Disadvantages: •Advantages:
- Is difficult to organize a big - Is possible to do a lot of

- We are a lot of people with - People of the same group

5. Problems that have happened
There were two different problems:
•Discussions of different forms of work because each
student gives different ideas.
Per example:
One time a person of the group finished his work and other
person said that he had to help to other people of the group
to work. He answered that he didn’t work more because he
had finished his work.
At the end, this person understanded that he had to help
other people same other people help he if he needs it.
• Some people didn’t work in the group.
This problem hadn’t got solution some times, but we
insisted that the people had to collaborate.
6. Distribution of the
work.
Blog’s creators: They organize all the blog. They have done the blog
design, organize and find information on blogging to create it in the best
way possible.
Video’s record: Find information on ads. After creating a script, shoot
the video and mounted so that it is best.
Audio’s record: They have done a radio interview. In the interview have
reported everything from our bioclimatic house: comfort, distribution....
We report all you have our bioclimatic house.
Text’s creators: They have written all about the qualities of the house.
They have also created a banner.
Adverts' creators: They advertise to try to sell our house. Create
brochures, banners and advertising images that incite the public to be
interested in buying our house.
7. Completion of work
The power point was created by Sergio Frutos, Álvaro Asins and Luis
Lopez.
The subgroups have worked well and most have given all the work in
the optimal conditions. We took some time in class and have
contributed good sessions before and after Christmas to finish the
work as soon as possible and in the best conditions.
