1. Scientist- Was a biologist to help with the greenhouse and genetics; male
2. Army Officer- Though still has disability can still take command for when things get out of control and is
trained to know how to maintain a base which is similar to a bunker; male
3. Doctor- Can help with minor injuries like setting back broken or sprained bones and stitches or
disinfecting a cut; female
4. Professor- Understands the fundamentalism of education and can carry it on; female
Chosen to be killed
1. Priest- Everyone can carry on their own religion
2. Married hippies who are drug addicts- Jeopardize resources if they are not willing to get clean
3. Pregnant w/ 5 year old- Too many resources and the child serves no purpose in the bunker
4. Elderly woman- She was too old
5. Disabled person- Jeopardized group functionality
6. Lawyer- No use but settling arguments and the officer does so
7. Lazy welfare dependent- Lazy means will not do anything and this is all hands on deck
