adopt to perform his role. There are two management styles:-
Autocratic
Democratic
Autocratic
In autocratic manger leads other people to follow their order. And manger decision is tight.
Advantage of Autocratic
1. Quick decision making
2. Qualified manger take decision
Disadvantage of Autocratic
1. Low skilled worker
2. Low motivated and morale
3. Workers feel frustrated
Democratic
In democratic manger makes decision with the consult of other people decision and their ideas.
Advantages of democratic
1. Workers are motivated to their work
2. Useful when complex decision is required
Disadvantage of democratic
1. Slow down decision making because of inexperienced staff.
