In 2017, TechBridge worked with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta to automate processes through implementing online applications, self-service scheduling, and online support chat. Sean represented TechBridge at the 2019 National MENTOR summit, giving a demo of the technologies behind the solution and sharing how time savings from technology automation generated $65,000 in annual cost savings for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Metro Atlanta.

provide real-time support to volunteers, parents and children is essential to
