After attending the 2014 Six Boxes Summer Institute I have had time to reflect on and internalize how to incorporate this thinking into what I do every day. I also took time to look at how other leadership and coaching models that I use and promote could support and link to this. During the last few weeks I have seen how using Situational Leadership and the questioning techniques of S1 (Telling), S2 (Selling), S3 (Participating) & S4 (Delegating) link into the Six Boxes model.
