• Allocation of the work to work force, perform the critical checks & its documents.
• To ensure line clearance at all stages of production.
• To implement good manufacturing practices in the department.
• To co-ordinate with the maintenance department & next superior during breakdowns.
• To ensure maintenance of records and documents related to the respective departments like
machine log, check list, batch record & any other such records at right time.
• For all manufacturing transaction in SAP system.

2. DEPARTMENT - PRODUCTION FORMULATION ( EXP 3.6YEAR)
• For production of tablet/capsule/granules as per c GMP.
• For reconciliation of yields at different stages of production. And to ensure that the
consumption of the material is within limit. If it is beyond limit investigate & report to
Deputy Manager Production.
• Overall Responsibility of Completion and Review of BMR, Log Books, In-process formats
and other online records.
• For the calibration of weighing balances and I.P.Q.A lab. Instruments.
• For avoid cross contamination & mix-up at each stage. And to maintain quality of product at
each stage as per acceptable quality standards.
