Responsibilities  Was involved in End to End integration testing that had to be performed
involving the local systems and the interfaces connecting CTS instance
and the Mexico local systems in SIT.

Description Citi Cards, headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, is part of Citi Cards group, which is
one of the largest banks in world.
Collection is a process which happens on all delinquent accounts and over credit limit
accounts. A card member who is unable to pay the outstanding balance even after the
payment/bill date comes under collection systems, and he is called as Delinquent
customer and the account as Delinquent account. These accounts are passed to the
Collectors, who in turn will take an appropriate action to resolve delinquency and help
the customer to come out of the debt.
Collection Testing involves manual testing of Desktop systems used by Collection
agents.
Responsibilities  Primary role was to work as a Onsite coordinator between the
Onshore team and offshore team.
 Involved in generation and execution of Test Plan, and in analysis of
results.
 Performed various types of testing viz., System, Integration, Functional,

rental industry through Avis Rent A Car System, LLC (Avis), Budget Rent A Car System,
Inc. (Budget) and Budget Truck Rental, LLC (Budget Truck).
Steady State Accounting Back Office is a major system in AVIS S&S which takes care of
all the accounting systems to Car Rental and Leasing process including Check-Out of
Car, Check-In of Car, Vehicle Exchange of Car.
Steady State Accounting Back office has around 30 different applications under its
scope. The major applications include Receivables, Payables, Travels Agent
Commissions, adjustments to the rentals, Credit Card Authorization etc. These
applications are based on the typical functionality e.g. – Check-Out consists of validating
Customer’s information in Back office, license verification, credit/debit card authorization,
Fleet verification etc.
