WFFS provides Industrial cleaning & plant maintenance services for a variety of
industries that includes Power, Telecom, Terminal & bulk storage, Natural gas,
Refining ,pipelines, railroad ,ports & harbours ,pharmaceutical & Manufacturing.
A. Industrial services
WFFS offers a variety of Industrial cleaning & plant maintenance services to our
clients throughout the West India.
B. Industrial Loader Services
Air-moving, or pneumatic conveyance, is a highly efficient & versatile process for
removing salvageable materials or industrial waste contained in tanks, containers,
surface impoundments, and or process vessels.
Using suction velocities of up to 150 mph, air-movers can convey almost any materials
that will fit through an eight –inch hose is deposited into truck mounted collector
modules, drums or other intermediate containers for transportation to ultimate
disposition.
C. Sludge Pumping
Sludge pumping solves difficult sludge conveyance problems. WFFS utilizes pumping
systems that can move large volumes of highly viscous liquids with a high solids
content as high as 30% solids. We use stand alone ,self contained units that can be
driven directly from the hydraulic system of an air mover.
D. Steam Cleaning
Steam cleaning effectively cleans heat exchangers & removes tar or pitch from
concrete ,high paraffin oil from surfaces & residues from process equipment.
E. Liquid Vacuum Tanks
a. High Pressure Water Washing
It is a safe, cost effective method of cleaning interior & exterior surfaces, process
configurations & other vessels. The process itself removes various deposits ,&
other build materials by using water at varying pressures & flow rates .We utilizes
equipment ,which allows multiple angle cleaning with without oscillation via the
use of swivelled tips.
b. Liquid Vacuuming
Liquid ring vacuum trucks efficiently & cost effectively remove & transport liquid
& semi solid waste materials ,both hazardous & non hazardous ,from surface
impoundments ,tanks & other vessels .They are also frequently used in spill
cleanup actions & for in-plant hauling or transfer of most liquids & sludge.
