Best time for: Longer road trip and see the country in detail. This is the best time to see Iceland Green with
waterfalls and green grass all over. Horses grazing in the fields.
Activities to do: Caving, Glacier walk, Snorkeling, Whale watching, river rafting, diving, hiking, Super jeep tour and
horse back riding.

10. Fall : September & October
Average day light is for 14 - 15 hours
Average Temperature – (7 to 10 Degrees)
Best time for: Seeing both green part of Iceland and northern lights. During this time the rates are cheapest but
also there are certain activities which are not available to do. Many activities are in between phase of operation.
Activities to do: Enjoying lava cave, berry picking, Northern lights sighting, Lava Caving, Photography tour for
autumn colors, hiking.
11. Winter : November - March
Average day light is for 5 – 8 hours
Average Temperature – (-5 to 2 Degrees)
Best time for: Seeing northern lights. Star gazing and photography.

• Ring Road, the highway 1 that circles the perimeter of the country
covering 828 miles (1332 km). The landscape changed
constantly, providing perfect photo ops at every turn. Really, just
about every single turn!

• Day 1 : Arrive at Reykjavik

• Food is very expensive in Iceland ( approx. 3000/- per person per meal).

• If self driving, over speeding fine is massive so avoid over speeding. ( We have got two tickets)
• If the group is family then cottages to be preferred over Hotel.
• Generally Icelandic cottages are equipped with a natural hot water tubs.
