About Iceland:
Iceland, the hidden pearl of the north is an absolute paradise for travelers. A place of many contrasts – it’s often popularly
known as “The Land of Fire & Ice”. Unlike the name “Iceland” the island enjoys pleasant summers and surprisingly mild
winters compared too many other European countries. Be it moss covered lava fields, barren highlands, majestic waterfalls,
black sandy beaches or snow covered mountains, Iceland has a lot of diversity to offer.
1) Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis): The darkness of winter is lightened up with the beautiful Northern
Lights. They dance around in different colors across the sky. Seeing is believing
2) Midnight Sun: Summers are magical in Iceland. The whole island has 24 hour sunlight. It is a once in a lifetime
opportunity to stroll under the midnight sun.
3) Calmness & Serenity: The stillness of Iceland will captivate your emotions, you will gain the freedom and
space to connect with nature.
4) The Living Earth: Erupting geysers and mighty waterfalls – you will feel the earth beneath your feet breathing
with life.
5) Lagoons: You can enjoy a peaceful evening by bathing at lagoons; a wonderful and most relaxing experience
The five unforgettable experiences which you will gain
in Iceland are:
For those with an adventurous mind - Iceland offers multiple opportunities. You can go for river rafting, fishing,
diving, ocean surfing or kayaking. Icelandic mountains and glaciers are perfect for hiking, skiing, snowmobiling,
dog-sledding, etc. Jeep safaris on barren highlands are exhilarating.
Today, Iceland has become one of the most popular tourist destinations of Europe. Denmark, France, Germany,
Norway, Sweden, UK and USA are some of the countries contributing to the Icelandic travel industry. It has even
started to attract travelers from South Asian Region. The country is beautifully structured and the people enjoy
high living standards. Icelanders are known for their hospitality. The language spoken is Icelandic - but most
people are fluent in English.
Iceland has a spirit that is vibrant and inspiring. Especially, Reykjavik’s wild nightlife is something that is talked
about. The city is filled with energetic atmosphere, rich culture and has lots of adventurous activities within
walking distance.
“Iceland will charm you with its wonderful surprises”.
