Understanding the Monthly Report

Where to Find the Monthly Report
1.  Log in to your Demandforce portal
2.  Click on Settings in the upper right hand of the screen.
3.  Under the Manage section, click on Monthly Reports on the left side of the screen. This will
generate the links in which you can check the monthy reports for the corresponding month.
 
Report Sections Overview
Revenue
This is revenue Demandforce has helped your business generate through all of its features, for
instance, emails, texts, business profile, and syndication partners.  Visits are based on previously
unscheduled clients who received a Demandforce communication in the last 60 days or requested
an appointment via the web and visited your business that month. View who visited that month in
the Campaigns tab by selecting the number of visits.
Promotions include visits generated from your newsletters, custom promotions,
welcomes, and online offers for that month.

Reminders include your active or lost client emails and text messages for that month. 
Referral visits come from clients who were referred to your business through the Referral
email and had a visit that month. 
Web visits are from the online appointment request form on your Business Profile,
Facebook App and Website Widget. View the web visits in the Demandforce Local tab by
selecting the number of visits.
 
Demandforce Value
 
 
New Customer Acquisition is the number of new customers at your business this month
whose first visit was attributed to a Demandforce communication or web form. 
Restored Customer Acquisition is the number of lost customers who visited your
business this month from a Demandforce communication or web form.
Online Reviews are for reviews from your customers for the month. You can view all public
web reviews in the Reviews tab.
Satisfaction Surveys are for surveys from your customers for the month. You can view all
satisfaction surveys in the Surveys tab.
Appointment Confirmations are counted when the customer responds as confirmed to an
appointment reminder.  View all confirmations in the Email or Text tab (History). 
Referrals are emails your customers sent to refer their friends and family.
Reputation
This area gives you an overview of your clients' satisfaction that month.
View the thank you emails sent to your clients in the Email tab (History).
All new reviews are archived chronologically in the Reviews tab.
All new surveys are archived chronologically in the Surveys tab.
Email and Text Campaigns

Email and text campaigns are either automatically triggered based on client activity or sent
manually by the business to existing clients.  Visits are based on previously unscheduled clients
who received a Demandforce communication in the last 60 days or requested an appointment via
the web and visited your business that month. View who visited that month by selecting the number
of visits in each category in the Demandforce portal.
Visit Details for Active and Lost Client Reminders, Custom Promotions, Newsletter, and
Welcomes are located in the Campaigns tab.
Visit details for Offers are located in the Demandforce Local tab and
Visit details for Referrals are located in the Referrals tab. 
 
Confirmations
This shows the number of confirmation reminders sent to your client through an email or text
message. We then calculate the percentage of clients who confirmed their appointment through this
message for the month.
View the details under the Email tab or Text tab (History).
 
Clients
 
These numbers give an idea of how client acquisition is going at your business. 
New Clients represents the total number of new clients who visited your business that
month generated from both Demandforce and other efforts.
New Clients with Email represents the number of clients who you collected an email
address from that month. 
New Clients with Text represents the number of clients who you collected a cell phone
number from that month.

This area gives you an overview of your Demandforce Local Network activity that month.
New Impressions represents the number of times your business has been displayed to a
potential client on the Demandforce Local Network that month.
Business Profile Views represents the number of times a client has clicked to view your
Business Profile page that month.
