 On departure pre-alertwill be senttoforeignagenttomake necessary arrangement
to pickthe cargo and deliverythe same todestinationclient.
 Afterclearance andplane departure ourclearance agentwill sendthe ECcopy.After
15 days EP copiesandotherdocumentswill be senttousand the same will be
sharedto customer.

ABOUT THE PROJECT PLANNING: Supply planning for the parenteral products in coordination with
marketing as per requirement.
Aligning RM/PMas per the production schedule and to meet the product delivery as per the time.

Responsible for ensuring for the execution of orders places in the specified timelines and improve
upon the DIFOT.
Coordination with all CFT’S for smooth delivery of products

Responsible for conducting weekly reviews - Weekly reviews will be conducted with production
