Dear Friends:
Greetings to you from your MDRT Zone Chair, South Asia.
Time is the most talked after word after money, and man always seems to be having a paucity of both of them. As long as
this feeling exists there is enough work on our hands to help people balance both.
As MDRT members who represent the leaders of our profession, neither time nor money should overshadow the
responsibility that we have to our clients which is to offer them a comprehensive solution after understanding their needs.
It is also is necessary to keep upgrading our knowledge and skills and stay abreast of the local as well as global practises.
For 90 years, the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) has been an institution which has stood the times by focusing on
its core principles of sharing and caring amongst the advisor fraternity.
As a benefit of our MDRT membership, you would have received the Round the Table magazine, quarterly e-newsletter
(now available in Hindi), and accessed the members-only content on the website. These communications contain
innovative ideas on best practises and shared by our peers from around the world to empower us to grow and succeed.
Our team of member volunteers from the Membership Communications Committee (MCC) has given their best to build
up the cause of professionalism and each one of them is a producer at his or her own level. The MCC members are located
throughout India and they are committed to uplifting all current and aspiring MDRT members.
The MDRT India Office is also a valuable resource to assist us with any queries. The office may be reached at 022-6708
4180 or MDRTIndia@mci-group.com.
I hope to see many of you at the MDRT Experience and Global Conference that will be held in Bangkok, 8th
-10th
February
2018. If you have missed out on attending an Annual Meeting, I encourage you to attend the Experience meet. I am sure it
will open up your vision and change the approach to your business. Registration for the meet is now open at
www.mdrt.org.
There is always a time when you need to pass the baton on to a new leader for the healthy growth of the organisation and
thought process.
I am happy to share that my term as a Zone Chair is ending on 31st
August 2017 and our incoming Zone Chair designate is
Mr. Manu Dhawan who is our current MCC Country Chair. I wish him the very best and will continue to support
whenever called for.
Thank you one and all for the honour of serving as your Zone Chair and for the immense support you have given to our
team. I wish you the very best in all your personal and professional endeavours.
Warm regards,
Ravikumar K.
