The bread world is one of the famous
fast food restaurant in South India. As
I got the chance to do a new concept
of design for them.
They approved my concept and they
select me as their designer

This is a contemporary design by
Architect Jacob . I was the site
coordinator. Dealing with all
contractors. Taking Quotations.
With proper work schedule. And
the inter mediate person with the
contractors and the Architect.

In this I was deal with both
Architectural and Interior design
works coordination.
Specialties:-
There was a basement floor . Was a
wine yard. Having open lights water
falls and a custom made Jacuzzi with
pressure pumps.
Having a lift for vertical
transportation.
And the stair is a combination of
wood , steel and glass.

And having automations in bed
rooms , formal and family living room
and entertainment room.
The entertainment room have a big
5 meter opening to a roof top area.
