 Responsible for monitoring site health and safety programs and ensuring that
company's site personnel and subcontractors are adhering to these programs.

feedback to employee
 Plan for and perform site HSE and security management program
 Maintain a world-class Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System that

metrics in the pursuit of its goal of "0" industrial illnesses, workplace injuries, and

Management System Manual, Site Safety Procedures, Site Safety Plans, Records,
Method Statement and Risk Assessment
 Leading full and detailed monthly safety audit and inspections to monitor compliance
with legislation, codes of practice, company policy and procedure
 Participate in contractor/vendor assessments, visits and audits and reporting the
findings
 Conducts regular audits to ensure the company procedures and regulations are being
implemented at each project site
 Keeping up to date on legislation, good working practice and all external influences on
Health & Safety, and assisting communication of changes, developments, etc.

 Liaison as necessary with other organizations and relevant authorities, and
assistance and cooperation concerning audits and remedial action
 Guide and support the management of all internal HSE and Regulatory Audits.
Ensure noted deficiencies are addressed, perform/ review and develop CAs as
needed for timely closure of the HSE gaps.

equipment, and incident reporting to the relevant authorities
 Establish an emergency action plan in preparation of an accident occurrence in order
to save the situation and restore the area after the situation is over

Making the work place safe and health:
So that the work premises provide a safe and healthy place to work employer should
make sure that the work place are properly ventilated, with clean and fresh air.
 Keep the work place and equipment clean.
 Protect people from the falling from height or in to dangerous substance.
 Avoid potentially dangerous work involving manual handling and it can’t be
avoiding take precaution to reduce the risk injury.

 Provide full personnel protective equipment.
 Ensure that the right warning signs are provided and looked after.
 Report certain accident injures diseases and dangerous occurrences to either
health and safety Executive (H.S.E) or the local authority, depending on the
type of business
