Clean with IPA . Then clean dry. Make sure the
correct lens protectors are placed on correct
positions. In auto mode X camera observes the
glow of the arc and then automatically adjust
arc power .

Step 3 – Clean Objective Lenses
GENTLY AND CAREFULLY Clean the Objective Lenses
by using IPA Alcohol and Cotton Buds

Arc Check Function
The Right Side Fibre
has melted back more.
It has a lower melting
temperature.
Even though fibers are in the same ITU-T category they may be manufactured using various processes
(OVD, MCVD, PCVD, VAD) and also have different dopant concentrations (e.g. Germanium in the core).
Therefore they may have different melting points.
