  2. 2. Project sites Three provinces were selected by DTEAP since 2014:  Vientiane Province: 1. VangVieng, 2. Feuang, and 3. Meun districts  Khammouan Province: 1. Nakay, 2. Ghommalath, and 3. Mahaxay districts  Savannaketh Province: 1. Xonabouly, 2. Champhone, and 3. Songkhone districts CFPAR and FPAR plots in Savannakhet province CFPAR and FPAR plots in Khammouane province CFPAR and FPARs plot in Vientiane province

  6. 6. SRI exchange for Laos  Inside the country: In 2017 and 2018 we conducted a national workshop in Vientiane. We exchanged knowledge and experience about SRI-LMB activities among projects in Laos such as: Save and Grow Project and SRI in Luangprabang and Xiengkhuang provinces.  In September, 2018, we conducted a field trip to Phaxay district, Xiengkhuang Province to visit the Save and Grow Project and joined the Farmer Field School meeting.  Outside the country: In April 2017 we attended the Regional Workshop of SRI-LMB and shared knowledge and experiences with people from other countries associated with the SRI-LMB project.
  7. 7. Linking FPAR, FG to Agriculture Development Centre and LFN FPARs of SRI- LMB to FOs PAFO, DAFO and Agriculture Development Centre (ADC) Lao Farmer Network (LFN) SRI

Benefit from Linking Lao SRI to Asia- wide alliance of National Networks  SRI in Laos will share information with Asia-wide alliance of national networks.  Support development of farmer network such as Lao Farmer Network (LFN) with Asia-wide alliance of national networks.  Continue to develop the Government supporting capacity for Farmer Organization development  Promote potential production methods such as organic agriculture  Support farmers to adapt to climate change  Support networking among SRI in Asian countries  We would like to learn from other countries-- exchange between Asia countries and worldwide is important.
