blood.

• This results in alteration in attention,
thought processes and body functions
resulting in various physiological and
psychological disorders.

speeds up your heart beat, make
you breathe faster, and give you
a burst of energy.

you deal with problems.

anxiety and maintain overall
well-being.

5. YOGA
• It is a mind-body practice that
combines physical poses,
controlled breathing and
meditation or relaxation.
• Yoga help reduce stress with:

• Increased muscle strength
• Improved respiration and energy
• Weight reduction
• Improved athletic performance

6. EXERCISE
• Just 30 - 40 minutes of exercise
atleast three times a week can
make you feel much healthier
and in control of your own life.
• Running/jogging, swimming,
playing a team sport like cricket,
hockey, football etc
