Generally, a supervisor is a person who supervises a person or an activity.
A lot of people can fall into this category.
Examples might include:
Drill sergeant
Head nurse
Factory foreman
Shift manager at a fast food restaurant
Team leader on a project
Head coach of a basketball team
And so on…

Optimisms: Leaders are always looking for the bright side. As bad as things get
they are not discouraged and know they can correct any problem.
Confidence: Leaders are confident. They can accomplish anything. The more
confident they are the more the workers are inspired to do their bes
Integrity: Integrity is having a moral compass. Not that old line supervisors are
immoral, it’s just that leaders are guided by integrity.

24. Group Assignment
Eric has applied for the position of a reservations clerk in your hotel. The
individual has no experience, but he types quickly and accurately and
has good listening skills as well as a pleasant speaking voice. Eric has
very limited eyesight. He is considered to be "legally blind" and is
covered by ADA. Discuss ways in which management in your hotel
could accommodate Eric's disability with or without a reasonable
accommodation.

disorder.
