judge for the New York State Office of Children & Family Services and a licensed boxing promoter in New
York State. I have known Ryan for over three years and have worked with him professionally for the past

coordinating a professional boxing, show that I held at the Washington Avenue Armory on March 17,

Ryan’s detailed planning and outstanding leadership skills resulted in a well -executed event.
