QWhat does “Supply Chain Solution.” mean to you?
A.Delivering value added services and products to our customers
is more important today than ever with the challenging economic
climate and increased competition. Project management, tracking,
cost savings, collaboration, third party logistics and productivity are just
a small part of what it will take to ensure customer success in the future.
QHow do you see Supply Chain playing a bigger role in
the future?
A.As markets become more competitive and pressures intensify on the
bottom line, companies are increasingly looking to their supply chains
for greater efficiency. Border States and I align with customers’ sales
cycles to add value in energy conservation, inventory management,
e-commerce, and other areas. Supply chain excellence is all about
knowing how to leverage these components.
QWhat has been the greatest lesson you’ve learned in
working with so many different types of clients?
A. Every customer has different outcomes in dealing with a supplier, and
finding the “Win, Win” for both parties is the best way to drive positive results.
QHow would you describe your project leadership style?
A. Innovative, focused approach to delivering solutions to
customer challenges through leveraging resources, people and skills to
solve customer pain points.
