Example
For example, in action to recover the payment of a
loan. The creditor may request the debtor to accept
documents like a demand letter to fulfill the obligation.
So that if those documents will be admitted in this
early stage of a proceeding, the parties in such civil
case are no longer required to present evidence since
there is already admission regarding such document.
So when the parties shall proceed to the actual trial of
the case, it will lessen the disputes to be resulted by
the trial court. Therefore, this request for admission
will make and ensure the speedy administration of
justice. Because once admitted, such party may not,
later on, provide a contrary statement during the
actual trial of the case.
