answerable to a whole lot of people and especially to the team
that works with you.

good work done in the market, good money in the banks for
supporting the scale, keep lean & simple personal benefits.
10. Customer Happiness Focus
Customer happiness is a religion, and you are its practitioners.
Don’t keep the customer waiting if the requirements or needs
have been discussed and agreed to by yourself.
11. Free to work on anything, anytime. Do it the way it makes you
comfortable. But keep in mind dependency, and the macro time limit.
12. Fail fast, Succeed faster
Be lean and mean. Be as swift as possible. Make mistakes but
make better solutions to these mistakes faster.
15. Build a team with character
Take time in hiring. But hire people better than yourself. And learn
from those you hire. Even if they are younger. Remember you don’t
know everything.
16. Learn and execute
Learn always. There is no way we can be the best if we are not
aggressive in learning. Learn, and build stuff fast to execute
learning.

Deliver business deliverables. But every week execute what you
have learnt with your own ideas.
