I
believe that beauty is a reflection of your inner being and if you
are merry from the core, it reflects on your face. Outer beauty is
synonymous to healthy skin; thereby, I follow moisturising
religiously. My regimen strictly adheres to drinking water at every
possible interval. I constantly moisturise my face and strongly
recommend it. My beauty secret is a positive state of mind with high
spirits. In the morning my beauty routine starts with washing my
face and then moisturising it and right before I go to sleep at night I
repeat the same. I love to use natural fusions for a perfect face mask
rather than adulterated chemical poured products. I prefer applying
egg white mask mixed with oatmeal. My vanity comprises of lip
balm, a moisturiser, mascara, tweezers and a nice nail polish of some
natural shade. For travelling, I carry a lip balm, hair oil, perfume and
a good make up remover. I am
besotted with lip balms; my favourite
brands are Lush, Body Shop and
Dior. I never miss carrying makeup
remover in my travel kit and I also
make sure to apply hair oil before
shampooing my tresses for a healthy
shine. People should be happy and
should always laugh for a perfect and
a healthy glow. Lately, I have started
trying the brown smoky shades for a
perfect eye look as this tinge clad
glamour amid simplicty resonating
subtle demeanour with poised
penache. For me, beauty is about
simplicity, so I don’t prefer getting
decked up with heavy makeup. For
bad hair days, I prefer a messy bun
or high ponytails.

believe that if the heart is beautiful then it will come out through your words, and reflect on your skin. To ensure good health
of my skin, I take care of my water intake when I’m on shoot, or during promotions for ‘Sanam Teri Kasam’. Water definitely
is my magic. I can never sleep without properly cleaning my face at night. I also make sure that the next morning I apply a sun
block before I head out. I do not enjoy experimenting things on my face. I prefer having fresh juices. While travelling, my essentials
include shades for nude makeup.
I feel that one must be really
careful about what they are
applying on their face. I try to use minimal makeup and stay away from
chemicals. I have been trying the bling eyeliner look for my promotions.
Braiding my hair in varied hair styles is my favourite hair up-do.
Even if I make a messy bun I add a little braid in between. The
credit for my good hair goes to my mom for taking care and
nourishing them with regular oiling and other natural ingredients.

eauty reflects in a person’s aura and draws people to them. It’s a
combination of who you are inside and how you take good care and
present yourself. Basic skin care begins from what we eat. I try to keep my
diet clean of processed food. I drink a lot of water and follow the basic cleansing,
moisturising and sun protection protocol. I customise my skin care routine on a
day to day basis as per the changing demands of my skin. I always wake up to a
glass of warm water with cinnamon and
cleanse my face with a milk based
cleanser. It is followed by applying aloe
vera gel and sunscreen. At night I remove my makeup, wash my face and apply
Vitamin E oil or moisturiser, depending on how my skin feels. Aloe vera is a must
in my eating and applying skin care habits. I also prefer homemade sugar scrubs
for my skin. My vanity is incomplete without a BB Cream, mascara, highlighter,
bronzer, lip & cheek
tint, and wet wipes. I

with makeup on my

atural beauty is only a result of feeding your body with proper nutrition,
exercising, and having a healthy lifestyle. I am not a huge fan of
makeup. I let my skin breathe, unless I am out on a shoot or attending
an award function. Fresh aloe vera is my favorite pick for ensuring good skin.
Extract out the gel, make a good mixture and apply it on your face. Let it stay on
your face for a while. It adds elasticity and brightens your skin. I am also
obsessed with creams by Clinique. My skin is quite dry and Clinique masks have
been my saviour. I always keep a kajal handy because it’s the best quick make-
up solution. The peach lipstick shade from MAC is my favourite as it adds a
natural shine to my look. I always wear a perfume from Victoria’s Secret,
Versace, or Bulgari. Makeup always
depends on where you are going, and
what kind of a look the situation
demands from you. Red lipstick is always in fashion and my absolute favourite
when it is about standing out. In an interval of few hours, I feed on healthy
snacks like fruits, salads and nuts. The effects of a good diet
will always show on your skin.

I
f you are a happy person, you start glowing
automatically. To ensure the good health of
my skin, I have been using Pears since I was
a kid. When I am shooting in extreme
temperature, I use a serum by Bio Oil or Coco
Butter but for a Mumbai shoot, I opt for
Vitamin E serum. I always wash off my makeup
right after the shoot and apply Johnson’s baby
oil on my skin. Having a mint green tea calms
down my senses and detoxifies my body. I feel
natural cravings for fresh fruit juices, but I do
not limit myself from enjoying the taste of street
food. Immersing mint leaves in a bowl of water
throughout the night and drinking the water in the morning
does wonders for me. I love applying curd, rubbing a slice
of tomato on my face, or beetroot on my cheekbones, it adds
a natural glow to my skin. I swear by a lip balm by Burt
Bees. I love using the Cha Cha tint on my lips. A pinch of it
on my cheekbones adds a nice peachy glow. You must try
drinking the strawberry infused water to flush the toxins out
from your body.
