Ross Chacon has over several years worked as a drilling fluids engineer for Altera Energy Services and Marquis Alliance Energy Group, where he built and maintained mud systems across several states. During a project in Wyoming, he distinguished himself and was promoted to Technical Engineer. Ross works well with others, takes responsibility, and gives his full effort to his work. He displays confidence and leadership and would make a good addition to any organization both professionally and as a teammate. His previous supervisor recommends him highly.

To AIPC Energy,
I have known, and worked with Ross Chacon, for the past several years or so. He was employed by
Altera Energy Services, and Marquis Alliance Energy Group while I was the US Operations Manager for
these companies.
During that time he worked as a drilling fluids engineer where he built and maintained several mud
systems in several parts of the country. He ran several types of muds, from the DJ Basin in
Colorado/Nebraska to Wyoming. During his tenure in Wyoming he distinguished himself by completing a
critical project for Altera Energy Services, and he was promoted to a Technical Engineer.
During this time he worked in the Denver office preparing mud programs, and troubleshooting difficult
wells when necessary.
Ross, works well with others, he takes on responsibility willingly and he is able to perform the duties
given him with due diligence. In addition, he gives 100% of himself, and takes pride in himself and the
work he performs.
He displays confidence and leadership at all times in his professional life and his personal life is one of
giving and caring for others.
He would make a fine addition to any organization who hired him, not only on a professional level but as
a good teammate and or leader when needed
