My Story:
I am a seasoned functional and technical team leader specializing in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. My
experience is predominantly with Oracle’s eBusiness Suite. I’ve been a professional in the software consulting industry
since 1995.
In 2007, I founded AnDav Consulting, Inc., an Oracle Gold Partner company, that is on the cutting edge of Cloud base
solutions for Human Capital Management (HCM), Social Relationship Management (SRM) and Infrastructure as a Service
(IaaS) technologies. AnDav is a Maine based company with projects nationwide for clients with global operations
I’m also founder of Acadia Music Group, Inc., an independent record label, focused on promoting roots based music and
community education. Our first project was a successful production of professional EP in collaboration with top talent
in Los Angeles, California.
I grew up in Hermon, Maine and am imbued with what might be termed “the old-fashioned, Maine, work ethic.” At an
early age, I was organizing school sports competitions. I was involved in cross-country running, managing varsity
basketball, and played varsity baseball for my hometown high-school as well as starting for the nearest city’s American
Legion Post baseball team. I was brass horn player in the school band and was selected to represent our district in
several music exchanges. During this period, I found my first job as a dishwasher in a well-established diner and quickly
became part of the management team before graduating high school.
After high-school, I entered the Maine Air National Guard. I attended technical training school as an Airbase Security
Specialist. I worked full-time in law enforcement and flight line security where I participated in Operation Desert Storm
and earned a National Defense Ribbon. I also attended Personnel and Information Management school and worked in
the personnel information system office and managed a mobility personnel and logistical processing team for operations
in Bosnian and Haitian conflicts, where earned an Air Force Commendation Medal.
In 1995, I was activated by Presidential order and assigned to the Air Force Personnel Center’s systems modernization
project, where I became experienced with Oracle Human Resources working alongside Oracle Corporation’s
development team and with the most experienced personnel administrators in the military.
Oracle Corporation hired me straight out of the Air Force to work in their Government Consulting Services practice
where I presented solutions to clients such as the Government Services Agency (The GSA), The Naval Reserve, The City
of Detroit, MI, and others.
2. I soon started my own independent consulting company, quickly gained “sole-source” contracts, and provided
implementation services to municipal organizations like The Jacksonville Electric Authority and the City of Jacksonville. I
found myself back at the GSA in Washington, DC in 2001, and was able to continue as an independent company until a
few months after 9/11.
I spent a few years working for other consulting companies such as Core Services, CIBER and CSC as an eBusiness Expert
providing analysis and development services for clients such as Alliance Coal Company, the US Air Force Logistical
Command, Vonage Phone Company, Marvel Entertainment, and several others. After a serious illness, I became a full-
time systems manager for the National Board of Medical Examiners in Philadelphia, PA.
In 2007, I founded AnDav Consulting, Inc. and started working independently again for clients nationwide. I’ve consulted
for companies in New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Los Angeles and many other cities across the country in various
industries such as, construction, engineering, pharmaceuticals, computer software & security, energy, marketing,
hospitality, and healthcare.
In 2013, I created Acadia Music Group, Inc., which is on track to obtain a Benefits, “B-Corp”, designation and focuses on
promoting roots based, local, community driven music and education.
Today, I am fully involved as the CEO and lead consultant at AnDav Consulting, Inc., as well as the CEO and a contributor
for Acadia Music Group, Inc.
I look forward to connecting with you, learning about your business, and working to find proactive solutions for your
challenges.
