As a project team we will:
Be honest in planning and report project scope, schedule, and cost.
Operate in a proactive manner, anticipate potential problems, and working to
prevent them in the future.
Notify the stakeholder of any potential problems that could affect them.
Always keep other team member informed.
Keep focused on what is best for the project in its entire.
See project through to its completion.
Team meeting ground rules-participation
We will:
Always keep issues that arise in meetings confident unless otherwise needed.
Have diversity of opinions on all of the topics.
Have equal opportunity and equal participation.
Always be open to ideas.
Not to place blame when things go wrong, instead strategize and discuss on how to
improve.
Rules for communication
As a team we will:
Keep discussions on track.
If not understood, explain further.
Keep in touch whenever possible.
Communicate any changes made to any material.

Decision Making
As a team we will:
Explore all avenues needed to seek information.
Always discuss the time and cost it may take before making a decision.
Get all input from the entire team to before deciding.
Make sure all teammembers are on board and support thedecision before it is made.
Conflict Rules
As a team we will:
Always listen to others point of views.
Find common ground for an agreement.
Show you acknowledge the other persons points made.
Know that conflict is normal and also has opportunity for growth.
Solving Problems
As a team we will:
Encourage everyone to participate.
Build on other’s ideas.
When appropriate to the problem solving use the team tools.
Guidelines for Meetings:
Meeting will be held every Monday. We will meet in room 218 at 5:30 pm, the location
of theroom is located on thesecond floor of the Health Careers and Sciences Building
at the Metro Campus of Cuyahoga Community College. From there if available we
will move to room 214 of the same floor and building.
The Agenda will be made and approved by all team members at the end of the
meeting every Monday. The Agenda will be submitted priorto adjourningthemeeting.
The Teams scribe will submit the minutesto our Group Discussion Board so all may read
and adjust any mistakes. Then the Project Manager will approve the minutes and the
scribe will submit the minutes accordingly. The minutes are due 48 hour after every
Monday meeting.
Meeting outside of class, the scribe shall submit a separate meeting minutes to the
sponsor within 24 hours of the meeting time and date. The project manager will
approve the minutes.

Procedure for Meetings:
We will begin and end meetings on time.
Members will come to the meetings prepared.
At the end of each Monday meeting the agenda topics will be discussed.
Any issues that need to be resolved will be added to an issue list.
If any member of the team is not able to make the weekly meeting or outside meetings will
notify the group via group message, GDB, BB, and or email.
