Call to Order
Roseann Vaughn called to order the regular meeting of The Wedding Planners at 4:30 pm on February 6, 2015 at the
TLC, location on the Tri-c, Metro Campus, and Cleveland, OH.
Open Issues
a) Appointment with client- our appointment has been change to February 9, 2015 due to
weather conditions that occurred on February2, 2015 that prohibited. It was discussed how
our proposal would be presented and Mrs. Vaughn had showed each of the board
members the power point that would be displayed.
b) Possible venue – Trump So Ho Hotel- Stephanie brought this possible venue up along with
information indicating this venue offers various wedding services such as flowers,
entertainment and cakes. She also provided pictures of various rooms and designs of
previous weddings that had taken place there.
c) The details of the wedding as far as the amount we had to spend, the wedding date, the
location and how many bridesmaids were determined. The budget was also discussed and
agreed to be one million dollars. The location is in the state of New York, the date was to be
August 20, 2016 and there was to be six bridesmaids
New Business
a) Colors of the wedding- there were many colors brought up. There was the color of fuchsia,
teal, pink but the finally decision was to use different shades of purple, majority voted on
this.
b) Other topics of the wedding- it was decided that all the other items that was needed for the
wedding would be chosen at random and each of the board members would be responsible
for one of the major items being: venue, entertainment, transportation, and photography
and then a small detail such as cake, rings, flowers and center pieces. All of this was placed

on the table and each Team member picked one. At the next meeting member would bring
two different pieces of information on each where that would be voted on.
c) Final project –it was decided that upon the final project presentation would consist of a
color scheme of purple to match the wedding colors and that a song would be played
during the presentation which at this time was voted to be Marry You by Bruno Mars.
