This document is a special power of attorney that appoints an attorney-in-fact to act on behalf of the grantor for matters related to a mortgaged vehicle. It authorizes the attorney-in-fact to negotiate and receive documents, negotiate payment or restructuring of the auto loan from the mortgage bank, and sign any documents needed to carry out the sale, hypothecation, or liquidation of the vehicle. The grantor gives full power and authority to the attorney-in-fact to perform these acts as if the grantor had performed them directly.
