Is the supreme law, written or unwritten law of a
sovereign state or organization, established or
accepted to govern. The constitution defines the limits
and relations between state powers (powers that in
modern Western countries are defined as legislative,
executive and judicial) and between these and its
citizens, thus setting the stage for his government and
to the organization of the institutions in which such
powers are based. This paper aims to guarantee the
people their rights and freedoms.
The Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of
Venezuela is the supreme law and the foundation of
the legal system. All persons and bodies exercising
public power are subject to the Constitution.
In which the people of Venezuela, in exercise of its
powers and the weekend reinvent the republic
establishing a democratic, participatory and
protagonist, multiethnic, and multicultural society in a
just, federal and decentralized that embodies the
values ​​of freedom , independence, peace, solidarity,
the common good, secure the right to life, work,
culture, education, social justice, and equality, without
discrimination or subordination. Promotes peaceful
cooperation among nations and promotes Latin
American integration, nuclear disarmament, ecological
balance and environmental legal goods and
unshakeable common heritage of mankind.
Contains so-called human rights such as freedom
of speech, freedom of worship, freedom of association,
to name a few, in other words "The Individual Rights."
Fundamental rights are a limitation on the power of
rulers, who otherwise would easily fall into despotism
and arbitrariness.
This part is called so dogmatic that human rights
represent the constitution political truths accepted way
of dogma, which are principles worth without having to
show them the fruit of man's historical struggle for
freedom.
Regulates matters relating to nationality,
exclusive privileges and duties of the
Venezuelans and general measures such as
the principle of constitutional supremacy and
non-deposit of two powers in a single person,
the process of creating laws
and all matters relating to the
essential aspects of the political organization
of the Venezuelan state. (National
sovereignty resides
essentially and originally in the
people).
 Concentrated Control: It is made by the Supreme
Court that is responsible for solving approaches or
constitutional complaints by citizens against
violations of any statute of the State, or of another
individual.
 Fuzzy control: This system provides that judicial
review of a rule or a legal act can be performed by
any court in the country. The lower courts have no
disability whatsoever to this mechanism from the
Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation
