1. Ron Madison
My passion for business, in addition to the thrill of taking on new and exciting
challenges, has contributed to a number of amazing opportunities for me. I have always
sought to be the best at whatever I do, educate and serve others, and ultimately grow as a
person all while modeling my own identity. Through overcoming a rare bone disease with no
prescribed treatment as a child I learned a great deal about what hard work, a positive
mindset, and determination can bring.
I was told as a child that I may never walk again and would never play any organized
sports. However, I played a key role on a "Class A" State Champion High School Football
Team, won numerous National and World Drug Free Powerlifting Championships, and set a
number of records including 3 World Records. I have also been recognized 5 times as the
"Best Drug Free Lifter Pound for Pound in Any Weight Class at The World Level", awarded the
opportunity to host major international events, and several elected titles including
“International Relations Director” and a national board member for The American Drug Free
Powerlifting Federation. I have also harnessed the drive and work ethic that served me so
well in overcoming my rare condition and achieving success athletically and applied it in the
professional arena as well.
I have started, owned, and operated several businesses in very diverse markets
ranging from health and wellness to automotive. I purchased and turned around a failing
business with 20 plus employees. I reached “Top producer level” in real estate sales in my
first year, an industry unfamiliar to me at the time, all while raising my six-month old daughter
on my own. I have never been one to back down from a challenge and choose to set the
bar high. I will always rise to the occasion and give my best effort whether it is for my
daughter, the sport of powerlifting, or achieving my goals professionally.
There is a great deal of satisfaction that comes from sharing all that I have learned
along the way for the benefit of others. I enjoy being a public speaker, both as a motivator
and educator and have done so on numerous occasions. My greatest strength has always
been my ability to communicate effectively while building strong relationships by keeping
my client’s true needs in focus. After years of owning and operating my own businesses I am
at a point in life where I am ready to get back to representing myself directly, building one
on one relationships. I would really enjoy the opportunity to partner with a great company
with amazing products.
