appreciation for the significant work undertaken by you on the achievement of
certification of our Quality Management System to ISO9001/2008 standards. Changing
an organisations culture is never an easy job however as frustrating as that may have
been I was pleased with your unwavering dedication to achieving the task given to you.
It was very impressive seeing your diligence, self-motivation and focus in achieving
certification for the company with limited use of a consultant and 3 months ahead of
schedule. This has been a source of motivation for the rest of the team as we see a
positive change within the organisation towards adopting best practices. We know that
this positivity flows into every day work as with the preceding and subsequent projects
you have undertaken for us.
Ron your efforts behind the scene may appear to be unnoticed however I can assure you it’s not. It’s
entirely because of people like you that organisations like this one succeed.
