5. 5
- Last year, we've introduced a new
look and feel for our Cloud admin
space
- Let's explore the experience
together!
Quick walkthrough
New Admin Space
7. 7
Define your org structure
Create tenant structure Create Orchestrator folder structure
Create a canary tenant and stay ahead of
upcoming changes
Ensure data sovereignty when needed by
using the appropriate tenant region
We recommend using root folders to structure
your departments / business units and
subfolders to isolate the automations and their
resources available in each
Make sure you separate you pre-production
and production environments
Folders help you to granularly manage access
for your automation resources within a tenant
8. 8
Leveraging Automation Cloud groups
• First think of the different levels of access you
want to have in your organization for the
products you're planning to use. Only then, go
create a group structure that reflects it
• We recommend that you use groups for role
assignments to simplify access management
• We recommend using license allocation for these
groups to easily manage your user licenses
Note: Not covering directory integrations/ managing organizations at
scale. Learn more about this from Session 4 available on-demand.
9. 9
Adding users and setting them up for
success
• Invite users & assign them to groups, thus easily
leveraging the setup you've just made
• Personalize user experience in Automation Cloud
through the persona-based homepages
• For untended automations,
we recommend creating Robot accounts
Note: Not covering directory integrations/ managing organizations at
scale. Learn more about this from Session 4 available on-demand.
10. 10
Admin roadmap sneak peak
Granular roles for administrators
Centralized access management at tenant level
Richer customization options for end user homepages
Tenant admin role and access delegation
12. 12
User licensing
Pre-requisites Setup & config
Orchestrator modern folders Acquire: Sign in
SSO enforced (in Orchestrator) Assign: per user/groups
Enabling or disabling User License Management setting in Admin – Organization Settings requires a re-assignment of
licenses.
13. 13
Robot Licensing
- Requires no human interaction at execution
- Runtimes – machine capacity to execute
processes simultaneously
- Licenses: Unattended, Unattended Test
(Testing), Unattended Non-Production
- Robot Accounts to differentiate from human
users
- Allocation per tenants (usually per
Orchestrator service)
- Configure the machine in Orchestrator and
set up the max nr of runtimes on that specific
machine
- Runtimes usage: when machine is
connected
What How
14. 14
Consumption – Robot Units for Automation Cloud Robots
Robots hosted by UiPath, reduce cost of ownership by removing cost of infrastructure set up
Cloud Robots - Serverless
• Linux-based robot
• Set up entirely through Cloud
Orchestrator
• No provisioning required, start running
jobs right away
Cloud Robots - VM
• Windows-based robot
• Set up entirely through Cloud
Orchestrator
• Fully customizable VMs with software
installation, VPN and domain joins
Robot Units need to be allocated per tenants, per Orchestrator service in order to use them in
the context of Cloud Robots.
15. 15
All UiPath AI Products are included
Consumption - AI Units for AI Services
AI Units

Other UiPath ML Models
(Incl. Image and Language Analysis models)
BYO &
Open-Source Models

Framework and ML Models
Task Analysis
• More flexibility – AI Units can be used across all UiPath AI products
• Licensing for all components – models, compute, MLOps, etc.
• Usage: Organization level (soon at tenant level as well in Automation Cloud)
16. 16
Service licenses
Allow access to certain services based on the license.
Services can be enabled on all tenants or a max no of tenants.
Services: Automation Hub, Test Manager, Insights, Process Mining.
Trial per service: Enterprise customers can try out these services for 60 days before
purchasing.
