7. Proposed Production
Falcon Isle expects to begin production on the Falcon Isle Phosphate
Project in the second half of 2018
Initial production is planned to focus on the previously mined and
stripped area (1981) where there is approximately 50,000 tons of
exposed organically certified phosphate rock.
Following the removal of material from this area, additional production
will focus on near surface estimated historic resource of approximately
7.0 million tons.

Distributors can sell Falcon Isle
phosphate rock in bulk to large
farmers and can place organic
phosphate rock in 50 lb bags
for smaller farmers and retail
sales.

11. Project Development and Production
Falcon Isle’s business plan involves the use of third party consultants, third
party mining contractors and third-party processing facilities.
The use of outside contractors allows Falcon Isle to move more quickly into
operations and minimize up front capital required to bring the project into
production and to expedite sales.
Falcon Isle’s mining contractors will provide and maintain all the necessary
equipment for the mining operations including all of the heavy machinery for
the extraction, crushing, grinding and transportation throughout the entire
mining, processing and transportation operation.

12. Organic Phosphate Market Key Notes
• Phosphate is one of three primary crop nutrients required for plant growth. There are no
substitutes for phosphate, which is a key element of Manufactured and Direct Application
Organic Fertilizer.
• The organic food market is growing at double digit rates annually (15% to 20%) with increase
demand for organic fertilizers required to help meet this growth.
• Organic agriculture and food provide a significant sales premium.
• Falcon Isle’s high quality organically certified phosphate rock is an ideal product for the Direct
Application and Organic Fertilizer Market due to its high-grade, low level of impurities and
organic certification by OMRI, WSDA and CDFA.
• Falcon Isle’s organically certified phosphate is the highest grade organic rock phosphate in the
entire United States with an Available P205 percentage that is 3x higher than any other US
organic rock phosphate company.
• The increasingly health conscious consumer is demanding organic and non-GMO food
products and are willing to pay a premium price for the organic products. The USDA estimate
average price premiums for organic food range from 30% to 100% depending on the product.
