It is with great enthusiasm that I write this letter of recommendation for Robert A. Kudlicki III. As one of
the Aquatic Assistant Managers at Swanson Pool, I have worked with Robert over the past two pool
seasons during my employment with the St. Charles Park District. Robert helps oversee a staff of 160
seasonal employees and the daily operations of a large suburban aquatic facility.
Robert displays on a daily basis how capable he is of leading others. He immediately took initiative in
preseason hours to ensure the facility and staff were well equipped and trained to open for the 2016
season. Staff worked diligently and efficiently under his leadership and guidance to deliver quality
customer service to all patrons who passed through the doors of Swanson Pool. He shows he is able to
delegate work while staying on top of his administrative and managerial responsibilities.
As someone who has a strong work ethic himself, he understands the expectations of the job and how to
maintain operations at and exceeding standards set by industry leaders, the state of Illinois and the St.
Charles Park District. Robert lead and trained staff at weekly in-service trainings and during daily shifts.
Robert began working as a lifeguard and was identified as a key employee. He now, having shown his
dedication, holds a top position amongst the seasonal part-time employees in the aquatics department.
Robert has shown organization loyalty, as he has worked at Swanson Pool the past 4 years. As Assistant
Manager he took it upon himself to thoroughly learn the new registration and POS system, diligently
complete opening and closing checklists and oversee a junior lifeguard camp that had indivisuals compete
in the annual Illinois Lifeguard Games. He is always mindfully present when on the job and responds
promptly when off the job.
Robert would be a valuable asset to any organization. Please consider him along with this letter of
