  2. 3. WEST REGION SWAT TEAM You are a member of an elite sales force known as S.W.A.T (Selling with a Telephone). Unlike others, your sales skills are not dependant on environment, traffic, general elements or even face to face relationships. Your’s is a skill that thrives in the most challenging situations. You have the ability to build relationships, resolve issues and most importantly create revenue…without ever revealing your identity. Your only weapon, The Telephone.
  3. 4. MISSION: ALPHA CODE NAME: Inside/Out Objective: Effectively transfer approximately 300 Accounts from SWAT Control to Outside Task Force with as little collateral damage as possible. During this transition you must continue to produce New Business. Weapons: The Telephone & Voicemail Time Frame: Oct 1, 2006 – Dec 31, 2006 Threats to Neutralize: Accounts that require constant attention, or at minimum a weekly service frequency.
  4. 5. SWAT TEAM EXPECTATIONS: Each SWAT Member will be expected to produce $500 in DAR every week. Although the majority of your time will be devoted to prospecting for New Business, you must continue to aide in the transition of your existing accounts to the best of your ability. For your services during this transition you will be compensated accordingly. (See Rewards) As usual, you are expected to report to SWAT headquarters in BREA no later than 9:00 AM everyday to begin your daily mission. At the beginning of each day – individual missions & rewards will be announced.
  5. 6. DAR BONUS PAYOUT $1500-1999 $750 $0.75 MISSION ACCOMPLISHED: REWARDS $2000-2499 $1000 $0.75 $2500-2999 $1500 $0.75 $3000-3999 $2000 $0.75 $4000-4999 $2500 $0.75 Plus… Undisclosed Amounts of Spiff Money for completion of personal missions
