London is the hometown of Labatt Breweries of Canada and includes brewery operations that is responsible for
producing nearly 40% of the beer brewed in Canada. Labatt is now part of Anheuser-Busch InBev which is the

Labatt - Front Line Manager 2011 - 2014
Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing one shift or three, on a weekly rotating basis, in the packaging
department.
Duties included supervising the day to day shift operations of the department, payroll, scheduling
and training.
Participated (Led) in continuous improvement projects with the goal being to improve the efficiency
of the lines.
Achievements:
Led initiative to improve workplace safety. Taking the motto of "safety by choice and not by
chance" reduced our total injury frequency rate over last year’s results by 50% year to date.
Selected to participate in management courses offered at the ABI University (Anhauser Busch) both
online and in a classroom setting to continue to develop my skills as a manager.
Quality Control Specialist 2010 - 2011
Supervised and managed all quality aspects of the finished product in relation to bottling, labeling and
packaging of Labatt beer.
Canadian Armed Forces 2001 - 2010
Part of the London Area Support Unit that provides support to over 3000 soldiers belonging to nineteen
units across the area of South Western Ontario.
Also served a tour of duty in Afghanistan.

Managed the rental and use of all vehicles rented for military and civilian use across Southern Ontario.
Also managed unit accounts and ensured payment of services rendered from rental agencies.

Deployed as the driver of a 3-man armoured ambulance team in support of a reconnaissance squadron
working at a Forward Operating Base. Trained in Advanced First Aid.
Mobile Support Equipment Safety Officer, Transport Section 2004 - 2007
Responsible for managing 162 vehicles maintain by the London Area Support Unit. Scheduled
preventative maintenance, as well as investigation of collisions involving military vehicles to justify
monies spent to repair the damaged vehicles.
Ensured investigations were complete and in accordance with Mili tary and Provincial regulations.
Tracked and validated over 2000 soldier’s military driver’s licenses ensuring that all were current and that
defensive driving courses, Transportation of Dangerous Goods courses were planned and executed to
ensure that all members were current and qualified adhering to both provincial and federal regulations.

Worked as a supply technician in clothing stores of the London Area Support Unit.
Tracked and distributed clothing to soldiers for training in Canada and in support of members
deploying overseas.
