Agile project management is a new-age
framework replacing the traditional Waterfall
methodology in software development and
deliverables. The Agile methodology follows an
iterative and incremental approach under which
requirements and solutions evolve through the
collaborative effort of self-organizing and
cross-functional teams and their end users from
the client side. The main reason that Agile is
gaining precedence is due to its flexibility and
adaptability in nature.

In Agile, projects will break into several dynamic
phases known as sprints. After completing each
sprint, Agile teams hold retrospective meetings,
also known as 'Iterative Review,' after a
time-boxed period of work to reanalyze if there
are any aspects of the work that can be
improved as well, so they can adjust their
strategy for the next sprint. When each sprint
comes up with its challenges in changes for
improvement or advancement in Technology,
make the subsequent sprints more efficient and
effective to deliver a successful project.
