This document describes a dock shelter system that provides a tight seal on all four sides of a trailer - the top, corners, sides, and bottom. It discusses the problems that gaps can cause by allowing energy loss and infiltration of unwanted elements. The system uses gravity-based seals that apply pressure across the full width of the trailer top and innovative seals at the corners and sides to completely block gaps. It also includes an under-leveler seal and lip corner seals to create a complete four-sided seal. The shelter system is designed to be durable with impact-resistant materials.
