To whom it may concern:
During my 4 year employment in the Medicine Shoppe Pharmacy #349 in Fort
McMurray, as a pharmacy manager, I have significantly expanded my scope of practice. I have
come to realize that helping patients isn’t just a career path I have chosen, but also a passion. I
sincerely care about each one of my patients, and strive to make each person comfortable by
removing boundaries, personalizing health care plans according to the patients needs, and
informing patients that the pharmacist is the most easily accessible health care provider. In turn
patients become loyal to the pharmacy when dealing with professional and sincere care.
I am an organized, self motivated, keen, punctual, and reliable professional. These traits
not only allow me to provide high quality care to my patients but also assist me in improving
sales. I also always feel committed to whichever community I serve by providing the optimal
health care service. I was the first community pharmacist in Fort McMurray to establish the
delivery system, which improved patient compliance and convenience. I feel fulfilled when I
successfully manage my patients therapy and increase their compliance to their medications,
which improves their life style.
I have graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy at Cairo University in 2005, and started
working as a medical representative in Global NAPI Pharmaceutical company, in Cairo, Egypt,
for about 5 years, where my knowledge of pharmaceuticals excelled. This position also helped
my professionalism in dealing with colleagues and physicians. I also obtained my certificate of
qualification from the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada in 2011, then started my journey in
Fort McMurray in 2013.
Employment as a pharmacy staff member would be a privilege and it will allow me to
apply my knowledge. I am also willing to relocate from my community in Fort McMurray to give
back to Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Thank you for reviewing my resume. I look
forward to meeting with you in person and discussing future opportunities.
Sincerely,
Rimoun Gergis
