– Created event and budget for FY 2021-2022
Reengagement in the regional Chapters in Boston and Connecticut
– Outreach to Roberta Smiley (Boston), Teasha Bivins (Connecticut), Robert Jones and Klai Maddox

– Miscommunication on Annual Convention negated attendance
– Attended conference

– Completed Conflict of Interested Agreement for the NAREB Board
– Met with John Dulczewski regarding participation in the Greater Boston Real estate Board and their
programs relative to ANREB participation
– Planned Community Day
– Abandoned Housing Fair Event because there was not enough support to have a successful event
– We planned a community organization collaboration invitation and executed it in November.
– We were able to connect the Black Economic Council of Massachusetts (BECMA), Urban League of
Eastern MA, Black Biz Development Group, and a few community residents directly
– We promoted the Mid Winter conference which was held in San Antonio, TX in March 2022

October
– Met with the reconstituted leadership of the Greater Boston Realtist Board. Explore the event
calendar and their membership development program.
– Continued planning and sponsorship outreach for the community engagement collaboration event.
– Reached out to Wells Fargo, Bank of America, TD Bank, and others for partnership/sponsorship
engagements with negative responses.
– Met with the Director of Housing and Neighborhood Development Sheila Dillion about the inclusion
of the NAREB organization and membership in the panning and execution process
relative to our areas of interest
November
– Attended the Board Meeting in Arizona and was engaged in the RVP training session
– Completed successful community organization engagement collaborative outreach with several
organizations agreeing to work collaboratively with the greater Boston Realtist Board and Region 1
– NAREB Number 1 dog, Bart passed on a shock during a tumor removal
December
– Conveyed information for the organization's 5 pillars to members in a conference call
– Exploring business development opportunity with NAREB membership

January
– Began social media outreach campaign and other outreach for membership development
– Participated in the promotion of NAREB's mission and goals during the local Martin Luther King Celebration
– Convened a meeting with the local leader of the Greater Boston Realtist chapter event calendar and membership
development
– Introduction of Prime One Lending to NAREB as part of an outreach for membership development
February
– Black History month activity included a meet and greet at the Residence Inn South end Boston where membership
reflected and shared thoughts about MLK's vision, his mission
– NAREB Dues
March
– Mid winter conference in San Antonio, TX
– Realtist week
– Plans were made to clean the community park in Boston
– The housing fair did not materialize
– Shared SHIBA report to the City and State legislators associated with Housing and Finance.
