We provide assistance to both retail landlords and tenants, in
connection with the negotiations, tactics and preparing expert
court reports regarding the limitation cap for dilapidations,
being based on the assessment of the damages in value.

Scotland as a client for over 15 years.
We have provided lease event advice
on circa 400 lease events per annum in
the UK and Eire and have recently been
appointed as sole adviser.
Boots
We are currently retained by Boots for all
landlord and tenant work for their stores
across the South West. We have worked
with Boots and retained since 2003.
TUI UK Ltd
We are responsible for all landlord and
tenant work for approximately one third
of the UK portfolio including lease re-

services to Defence Estates having
secured the appointment through a
highly competitive tender process.
GVA negotiated the rent review for
their headquarters in St George’s Court,
WC1. The office building is 178,800 sq ft
and comprises a bespoke five year old
complete refurbishment in a 1950s shell
lord and tenant work.
National Grid,
Grand Buildings, Strand
We have been providing ongoing advice
to National Grid in connection with their
accommodation strategy in connection
with their June 2017 lease expiry on
their 25,000 sq ft fourth floor at Grand
Buildings.
Ladbroke House,
Highbury Grove, London
This building is the administrative offices
of London Metropolitan University,
comprising over 93,000 sq ft. We agreed
a nominal increase on the cusp of
Arbitration. The landlord was originally
seeking an increase far greater than the
agreed figured.
