areas of property and our vision is to create a group that can
service any property requirements from leasing and selling
through to development, construction and business sales.
The property market has evolved into a billion dollar industry
and the knowledge required to provide accurate feedback is
critical in the decision making for both property owners and
potential buyers or tenants. Our team is actively involved
in training in such areas and having strong leaders in every
division ensures that the skills and knowledge required remains
at a high level. Our expansion into business sales and project
development has resulted in expanding into the city market and
provide a better service for our clients based in this area. With
a strong movement in the development industry being focused
on mixed use sites, we can provide a total service to our clients
through both residential and commercial sales and leasing
figures which result in a smoother feasibility process.

To provide business strategies and assistance through a comprehensive
process to buyers assisting them in working through the pre-due diligence
process of purchasing a business. With the assistance of our corporate
partners we will provide detailed check lists and business plans that
will enable the buyer to make an informative decision as to the pathway
of purchasing the business that best suits their skill set. Purchasing the
right business can be a frustrating process, with the right assistance and
detailed check lists and comprehensive pre-due diligence we will ensure
that we will provide the right choice that will best suit the buyer’s skill set.
A clear process of the migration format for prospective visa applicants on
the pathway that CPRM Property Group will provide. The process will include
a complete package for visa applicants from lodging of visa application
through to the successful purchase of a business or investment property.
This will include all legal costs, business plan, due diligence and all relevant
documents needed for the visa application. A detailed business plan along
with supporting documentation will be generated to give the applicant the

Detailed information reports can be collated on various properties showing
all aspects of the property. These memorandums are produced via an email
format but the ability to have them professionally bound and presented
is also available. The IM will show all relevant details about the property
including detailed information and high quality photos. We have a very high
quality drone that has the ability to take aerial photos at higher than 20meg
resolution as well as 4k video footage, this is also included in our marketing
package.
CPRM Property Group has its own private aircraft that has the ability to fly
clients to any areas within the Eastern seaboard of Australia. This takes
away the distance issue for any property that our clients may wish to visit
or purchase, view property from the air is a great way to understand the
beauty of our country and allow easy access to most areas. Principal
Robert Rey has over 15 years commercial flying experience as a pilot,

Robert’s son, Sebastian has forged a successful building arm over
the past 13 years primarily within the residential arena but recently
branching out into commercial. Seb, as he is known to most has built
all over Brisbane and Moreton Bay region within the unit, townhouse and
housing arena. His team of builders and trades people have forged strong
relationships in the building sector and are competitively sought after
by development groups. Over the past 15 years Seb has represented
Australia and Queensland in the football arena having played in over 8
State of Origin series and 3 World Cups. This level of football has given
Seb the skills to work and manage a strong team not only on the football
field but also within the building game.
