Ricardo hasa very distinctivea very completeand round profile. Ricardo
has extensive training and experiencein Hostage Incident Management.
He engineering studies and is an Anti-blast Specialist. Heis a
MOSS/MORSS Certified Specialist and he is an experienced Security Risk
Analyst. Ricardo hasa strong administrativedrive. Heis awareand
respectful of the rules. Understands and observes protocolsand
procedures. He is a consistent and reporting officer and respects deadlines
and strivesfor complianceof all regulatory frameworksand instructions
informing hiswork.
4.Pleasecomment on his organizationaland planning skills and overall
efficiency.
Consistent with his military background, heisorganized and a dedicated
planner. He identifiesand respect prioritiesand focus on what has to be
done. He is good in assigning resources were needed and in accordance
with established planning. He assigns tasks and dutiesto staff under him
in taking due consideration of strengthsand weaknesses of the team
members. He is very efficient and focuson the results of thework.

Ricardo hasvery strong Analytical skills. Heunderstandsthe complexity of
the UNDSS risk Assessment toolssuch as programCriticality and brings
the theory to the practicevery efficiently. Heis strong in
developing Business Contingency Plans.
Because of his strong planning and analytical skillsMoll never sits at a
negotiating tableunprepared. On thecontrary hehas sturdied every
possible way forward as well a possible results or consequences or taking
one direct or the other. He communicateswell and shows knowledgeand
experiencewhen addressing a given issue.

find challenging and why?
I see none of the tasks outlined in the VN represent a challengefor Moll.

In addition to being organized and a good planner, Moll has strong
training skills. He is hard working and dedicated. He can be tough and yet
an understanding and consideratesupervisor. He integratesvery well
with his team. He knows how to keep the adequatedistancefrom
his subordinateswithout loosing a touch of familiarity which confirmshim
as part of the team.
8.How effectively did he interact with colleagues, subordinates and senior
management? How does he handle difficult people? What is his conflict
resolution protocol?
He interactsvery well. He is direct and clear he is respectful to all
independently of their grade or position. He is reserved but friendly and
always willing to extend a helping hand or to pass a word of support. He
followsinstructionsto theletter and after he has provided advicehe he
followsthe course of action decidewithout questioning. Heis persuasive
and incredibly patient can takeas much time as he needs to listen others
point of viewand to make sure others understand his.
He is good at handling difficult peoplewho areusually surprised and
confused by seeing a big ex-military guy displaying such patience. Yet
Ricardo will not doubt in bringing thematter to theattention of the next
higher decision making level. By all means he would try to avoid fruitless
and long discussions.
Ricardo was also very efficient in establishing good relationshipswith
counterpartsfromthegovernment and thedifferent sections of UNDSS.
He would always have accurateand timely information and what had
happened or on what was about to happen.
