AS A BUSINESS WE SOURCE LOCALLY WHERE POSSIBLE, PART OF OUR PROCUREMENT
POLICY IS TO ESTABLISH THE PROVENANCE OF OUR RAW MATERIALS.
• Our Vanilla comes from sustainable plantations in Madasgascar and Tahiti imported
and processed by the Little Pod company in Exeter
• We use Fairtrade organic cocoa powder supplied by Queenswood Foods in
Bridgwater
• Our Rapeseed oil is grown and processed in Rode, Somerset by Fussells Fine Foods
• Soya beans are sourced from Suma Workers Cooperative (Yorkshire) and are
organic (no GM) and grown in China
• Our Chocolate is processed by The Cheddar Chocolate Company (Cheddar,
Somerset) and made in Banbury, Oxfordshire by Barry Callebaut.
• Our Coconut milk is imported by Tropical Sun (London) a workers cooperative from
the Caribbean
• Our packaging is UK manufactured and supplied by a Parkers Packaging, Liverpool
• Telephone & internet support from Axbridge (Somerset)
