 DMS 100 interf ace: allow s CSR to access DMS 100 switches to query and make
modif ications through a w eb interface.
 CSR Interf ace: allow s CSR to query systems to access subscriber information, such as
data balance, last subscription to a service and core balance. The Interfa ce also allow s
CSR to activate services and disable services query the billing system and GSM switch.
 DATA API: allow s third party vendors to access GTT billing system API to query
subscriber data, add offers and charge for services.
 GTT Vendor Payments processing: allow GTT to process batch payment f iles f rom third
party payment agencies, also f acilities to upload f iles and payment verification. Integrated
w ith the Comverse one Billing system.
 Smart Talk: GTT voice bundle middle-ware, allows f or the subscriber to buy packaged
voice and SMS plans. Integrated with Comverse to apply service charge and add offers.
 HLR and SAPI proxy: allows applications and CSR’s to access the GSM sw itch and
Comverse one API w ith a common data f ormat and simplified abstracted http method
calls.
 GTTi / BlackBerry / DPS: middlew are that provisions subscribers for GTT data services
w ith integration to Sandvine, Comverse one, SMSC and USSD.
 MyAccount: GTT self-service Application, allows GTT subscribers to query billing
inf ormation, download invoices, make payments, Top Pre-Paid services, subscriber for
data plans and check service eligibility.
 ENS: Redistributes billing system notifications and other events to internal and external
end points to allow for real-time consumption of events by third party vendors and internal
services. Some of the services that consume Toovio, inswitch, MMG and end of call relay.
 ARE: Generic Auto renewal that is used to renew GTT service subscriptions. Current
services configured free after two and GTT data services.
 GTT IVR: GTT automated voice response system, allow s subscribers to query billing
inf ormation and other service related details.
