Ray Thompson
Houston, Texas
Ray Thompson is the owner of WPNT Communications and has nearly three
decades of experience in the development and implementation of
communications training programs for senior executives. He has extensive
training experience in the Americas, Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, and the Middle
East. He has worked in government affairs, issues & crisis management, media
relations, investor communications and executive development.
Neil Chapman
London, England
Neil Chapman is a Partner and Senior Trainer for WPNT based in the United
Kingdom. He has worked on high profile public affairs issues in different parts of
the world for more than 25 years. He has responded to major crises in the US
and Europe - including the tragic BP Deepwater Horizon incident and a deadly
refinery blast. As an oil company executive, he was PR chair for three major US
and UK based energy associations. Neil was a journalist working for newspapers,
TV, and radio.
Dimitri Schildmeijer
Brussels, Belgium Dimitri Schildmeijer is a Partner and Senior Associate for WPNT based in
Belgium. He has almost 20 years corporate communications experience with
eight years in the communications and public affairs department of a Fortune 10
multinational energy company. His WPNT clients are in IT, energy, beverages, and

Geoff Paddock
Chester, England Geoff Paddock spent ten years as a journalist with Thomson regional newspapers in the
northwest of England, and his later career has been spent in high-level corporate
communications. He is an experienced press officer and crisis manager, and developed
his skills in this area in the corporate press offices of British Nuclear Fuels and Imperial
Chemical Industries (ICI ), both household names in controversial sectors. Most recently
he has run a small consultancy specializing in digital communications for FTSE 100
companies.
Marine Champon
Quimper, France
Marine Champon has more than 15 years corporate communications and crisis
communication experience, with two years in an international NGO on development and
fair trade, eight years in the Public Affairs and Government Relations/Lobbying
departments of a Fortune 10 multinational energy company, and eight years as
Corporate Affairs Director of an international leader in the agribusiness sector. She
speaks French, English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Salvador Rivera
San Diego, California Salvador has been in the television news industry for more than a quarter century
working for ABC News, CNN, and FOX. He covered Hurricane Katrina and its aftermath,
presidential elections in both the United States and Mexico, and the drug war in
Northern Baja. His work has garnered numerous Emmys, Press Club Awards and the
prestigious Edward R. Murrow Award. He is fluent in English and Spanish and is

Bernhard Warner
Rome, Italy Bernhard is a veteran journalist turned communications strategist and media trainer. He
has over two decades of newsroom experience, plus eight years advising companies on
e-reputation and crisis communications issues. He provides strategy, analysis and
training on how to manage crises in the age of the Twitter tempest or Facebook furor.
Bernhard has trained scores of communications executives on how to manage social
media crises and how to defuse reputation-bruising brand issues that emerge through

Johan started as a journalist in 1979 and worked as a producer, reporter and anchor for
the Flemish public radio and television. Johan has counseled leading Belgian and

and NGO’s – in Belgium, Europe and abroad, including Africa and China. Johan

Luiz Lobo
Brasília, Brazil Based in Brasília, Brazil, Luiz Lobo is an avid speaker, trainer, and communication

Randy Sumner
Houston, Texas With over a quarter century of experience in the communications field, Randy provides

Greg Clock
Houston, Texas Greg has extensive energy industry experience, both as a reporter for two newspapers
and a magazine, and in corporate media relations for two large oil and gas companies
and a chemical company. At the Oil & Gas Journal, a leading industry periodical based in
Tulsa, he covered a wide range of issues, including alternative fuels. Greg made 13 trips
to the Former Soviet Union as part of an effort to give the multinational a foothold in

Dimitri Schildmeijer Brussels, Belgium Dimitri Schildmeijer is a Partner and Senior Associate for WPNT based in Belgium.
