I have been entrusted to handle operation & maintenance of Thermal captive power plant and
equipments being used for power plant as below-
 To observe 70 TPH AFBC and 2*10 TPH WHRB Cheema make boiler.
 25MW Siemens extraction cum condensing impulse type turbine.
 Regular monitoring of utilities like DE-aerator,CST,CDP,CEP,BFP,ACC,HPH & other
auxiliaries.
 Maintaining log book and reporting to the general manager (site).
 Scheduling and managing resources and team of 50 staffs in the shift.
 In addition to day-to-day jobs and troubleshooting. I was also actively involved and
responsible for predictive and preventive maintenance jobs, managing breakdown.
 DG sets, Air compressor, water treatment plant maintenance.
 Data reporting, analysis and consulting for performance improvement.
Other Experience
 Observed erection of 10 TPH WHRB Cheema boilers and actively participated in the
commissioning of boiler.
