2. Achievements
 I joined Indian Air Force on 28 Oct 1997 as Meteorological Assistant and adjudged best in
trade in training activities. I performed multifarious activities including key appointment as an
instructor in different parts of the country like Punjab, J&K (including Siachen Glacier), Uttar
Pradesh, Assam, Tamilnadu and Rajasthan.
 I prepared 2005 and 2010 edition of Aviation Weather Summary which require huge amount of
data collection, processing and interpretation. It is a book which explains past weather
conditions over an airfield and predicts the changes in weather conditions which are likely to
occur in future.
 I proudly participated in various operations and exercises of Indian Air Force like Kargil
Operation (operation Safedsagar), Operation Parakaram, Operation Meghdoot (Siachen
Glacier), Operation Rhino in Assam, Operation Rakshak in J&K and Operation Marusthal in
Rajasthan.
